Any transaction can anchor an IPFS CID permanently on-chain via createsiteanchortx. Documents anchored on Glcoin are notarized — they prove a specific piece of content existed at a specific block, confirmed by a known, verified entity. The site-resolver (resolveglcsite, listglcsites) is operational.
